The Capstone Process:
- We will be on time for your appointment.
- Our technicians will be neat, clean, courteous, uniformed and professional by any measure.
- We will use heavy duty, clean tarps to protect your floors and furniture.
- We will be conscious of any breakables and will ask for your help to remove or make safe.
- We will remove, clean and sanitize all register and return covers.
- We will clean the source of the air supply including the blower, squirrel cage, coils, condensation pan and return air supply (where applicable).
- We will brush vacuum the air ducts and returns with our patented Rotobrush aiR+® system, removing contaminates that circulated through your vents.
- We will replace all registers and vent covering and perform a post-cleaning video inspection, if necessary.
- We will spray your air ducts and vents with an environmentally safe antimicrobial commonly used in hospitals and nursing homes, leaving behind a fresh scent.
- Our technicians will discuss the process, any abnormalities or concerns upon completion and make sure you are completely satisfied with our service.
